Will you be using high pressure on my house or building?
We use a low pressure method to clean most houses, If the surface is brick, stone, concrete we may use medium to high pressure.
Will pressure washing remove all the stains from my driveway?
As much as we want to say YES! The answer is sadly "It Depends"..
Concrete is a very porous material and not all stains can be 100% completely removed. Oil stains are the worst of the bunch, oil can penetrate to a depth of one quarter inch into the concrete which leaves behind a "shadow" of the stain. There are a few oil eating microbial products that can do a fairly good job at removing the deep oil stains, but its is a slow and expensive process that may take up to a month or two to see results after being applied.
Will you walk on my roof?
We try not to, We are able to reach most roofs from the ground or ladders.
Do I need to be home to get an estimate?
NO, We use Google Earth to view and measure your property to give you our best possible estimate for sight unseen.
How much does your service cost?
Our prices are based on square foot or linear foot, it's the only fair way to price the surface areas to be cleaned.
Do I need to be home when you pressure wash?
No, you do not have to be home. We pride our selves on being honest and trustworthy. We will still call you or message you before we get there, while we are there incase there are any issues, and when we are ready to leave so you can pay for the service.
Do I need to remove things from the areas I want cleaned?
Yes, Please.
Making sure that all movable items are out of the way would be extremely helpful and very much appreciated. If you can, move items at least 15 feet way from the areas that will get wet, that's usually enough room to avoid any major overspray.
Are you Insured
Yes, We are insured and our certificate is available upon request.
Do you use eco friendly chemicals
